Common Questions

Should I bring my ID to the studio?
Yes, you must have a valid photo ID to enter the studio.

How many seats can I reserve?
You may reserve up to four seats for any one taping. Names must be listed. Group tickets are not available.

How can I change a name on my reservation?
There are two ways to change names on your reservation.
1. If only one name in your party is changing, you can change it at the taping studio on the day of your taping (provided the replacement person adheres to all requirements).
2. If you want to change more than one name on your reservation, you must email the Audience Department at audience@chickensoupfortransformingwomen.com.

How can I reserve the best seats?
Seating is done on a first come first served basis. The earlier you arrive at the studio, the better seats you will get. If you arrive at the studio before your scheduled check-in time, please be aware you will be waiting outside until the doors are opened. Please keep in mind our front row seating is generally reserved for production needs.

How long will the taping last?
Generally, the morning taping ENDS around 12:30 a.m. and the afternoon taping ENDS around 5:00 p.m. These times are subject to change. You may want to eat something beforehand as there is no food service available inside the studio.

Is the studio wheelchair accessible? What if I have special needs?
The studio is wheelchair accessible. If you have special needs, please inform a staff member upon arrival and we will be happy to assist you.

How often can I attend a taping?
We ask that you attend Chicken Soup for Transforming Women no more than once every six weeks unless asked back to a specific show by a member of our production staff.

How do I request a specific topic?
You cannot request a show by its topic.
